In January of 2023, I spent 4 nights in Panama City, Panama while attending a study group meeting. I stayed at the Westin Playa Bonita Panama.

While in Panama the group visited the Panama Canal Visitor Center and ate at Bucanero's Restaurant on Perico Island.

The next day we did a walking tour of Old Town Casa Viejo followed by dinner at Lazotea (on the roof looking towards the newer part of the city).

After our final morning of meetings we visited the Gamboa Rainforest Reserve where we took the aerial tram and the Monkey Island boat tour.

I then flew to Mexico.
