I had been in Idaho prior to July of 2021. However, in July of 2021 I--along with my dad and my son--traveled through the state on a train trip from Durand, Michigan to Portland, Oregon on the Amtrak Empire Builder.

I returned to Idaho, visiting Coeur d'Alene, in September of 2024 for a study group meeting. The group stayed at Staybridge Suites. We ate at The Cedars Floating Restaurant and Bardenay Distillery.
